工作職責(zé):1. CMOS device design, including high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) devices, for memory peripherial circuit application;2. Process condition experiment design to meet CMOS device performance requirement.3. To provide golden wafer to device modeling team for SPICE model generation.4. To work with process integration teams on device tuning and process optimization, in order to meet the circuit design requirement.5. To work with mass production team on CMOS related issue solution.任職資格:1. MS/PhD degree in Physics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;2. More than 2-year device design and development experience;3. In-depth knowledge of device physics;4. Experience of process integration in wafer foundry industries will be preferred;5.
