職責(zé)描述：
1 Working to guarantee that SSD test Firmware and Customer firmware meet quality standard
2 Partnering with a development team to quickly understand an architecture, break it into functional parts, come up with a plan to test/validate, and identify and target weaknesses
3 Review and buy-off test plan and execution result
4 Continuing drive test coverage improvement and lesson learn deployment to firmware development and validation
5 Tracking Firmware releated issues and driving to closure
任職要求：
1. Bachelor degree and above major in Engineering or science.
2. 3 years(with master degree) or 5 years(with bachelor degree) of working experience in memory product firmware development or validation,Understand microcontroller Flash based SSD systems
3. Familiar with C/C or object-oriented programming and Testing automation using Python or shell scripts
4. With quality mindset and familiar with quality tools to solve problem
5. Good leadership and negotiation skill
