Core Responsibilities ? Support Comms Manager to cultivate and sustain TWDC’s image and reputation in China ? Assist with Comms Manager to support the business in its pursuit of its communications goals. Coordinate communication programs/events as required. ? This position needs to create social content for Disney official social media accounts in China, seek opportunity with external social media, and work collaboratively with multiple lines of business/Global Comms teams to maximize the social media impact. ? Establish and build meaningful relations with a range of communication stakeholders to enable TWDC messages to be positively shared across media, online influencers and fans. ? Willing to test new ways to leverage the reach of social media, to stay abreast of industry trends, platforms and best practices. ? Daily news and social media monitoring Knowledge and Skills Requirements ? Bachelor’s degree, major in mass communications/journalism is a plus ? Have some experience with social media content creation, preferably skillful user of photo-/video editing softwares and tools ? Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of navigating in an MNC ? Self-motivated team player with strong ownership ? Proficient in Chinese and English communication, especially writing; strong proofreading and editing skills.
