職位描述：
The Lead Program Integrator is responsible for driving New Product Introduction program execution for a product. The LPI develops the Integrated Program Plan and ensures that the necessary resources are applied and delivering to plan. In additional the LPI works with a cross-functional team to ensure product manufacturability, serviceability, safety and quality.

Duties include (but are not limited to):
Ensuring that the product development process abides to the business Engineering Quality Procedures, Phased Review Discipline and regulatory needs of the applicable markets
Working with the system, subsystem/platform and service leadership teams to deliver quality products on time, within budget and with the necessary features
Planning resources and materials for timely NPI program execution

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Bio-engineering, mechanical, electrical or automation engineering or above
5 years project management relative work experience
Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin, and boundaryless behavior—ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
Demonstrated understanding/experience with the New Product Introduction (NPI) cycle or any engineering redesign project rigor
Ability to lead complex global and cross functional collaboration, drive solid delivery and team productivity
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in systems engineering or project management. Ability to work independently
Customer orientation: self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and learn quickly. Customer focused: strong interpersonal skills, ability to listen to customer, build relationships, and work under pressure
Medical device working experience, MRI experience is highly preferred
Strong analytical skills, fluent Excel skill
