Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for designing the collection for this trend led young women’s collection
2. Ensure latest trends are executed commercially for fast moving trend conscious Chinese market
3. Deliver seasonal product with a focus on style, fit, fabric and trimmings
4. Deliver product designs with flawless execution: achieving goals with speed, agility, and acute attention to details
5. Constantly upgrade fabric, trimming, technique, fitting, and product to trend and market demand
6. Produce detailed techpacks and liaise with buyers and suppliers confidently
7. Work closely with design manager and buyers throughout the design process including product development, technical design and production to ensure the quality and timely delivery of collection

Requirements:
1. Fashion design bachelor degree level and above
2. Minimum 3 years of commercial women’s design experience
3. Excellent knowledge of yarn, gauges and structures and good understanding of garment construction
4. Highly creative and trend driven with a true connection to design
5. Must be able to work in a fast-paced fashion environment and able to handle deadline pressure
6. Able to work on their own–take initiative and work as part of a team
7. Team player, good communication skill
8. Excellent knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
9. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
10. Ability to relocate to Beijing, China
11. Have an open mindset and willing to work with other cultures
