Responsibilities:

• Coordination with site team for timely execution of Construction and commissioning phase as per approved schedule.
• Create a sufficient and competitive timeline of Construction phase.
• Monitoring and control of approved Project Schedule of construction.
• Weekly and Monthly updates of construction activities in approved project schedule for construction (In Primavera P6).
• Conducting weekly site meetings with internal/external teams to discuss progress and record MOM.
• Conducting weekly meetings with sub-contractors to discuss progress.
• Timely coordinating and receiving sub-contractors daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Development and timely submission of Daily site reports to COMPANY.
• Development and update of construction PMS based on latest IFC quantities and schedule.
• Weekly and Monthly updates of Construction PMS to record construction progress.
• Monthly site progress verification from COMPANY as per approved PMS to claim invoice.
• Review and certify subcontractors construction progress on weekly and monthly basis.
• Raising Flags for delay in construction activities and to propose mitigation measures to recover the lost progress.
• Gather and provide all data needed for Head office Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting.
• Maintain Pictorial record of Construction activities on weekly basis.

• Engineering Degree preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• 8 to 10 years construction experience of Oil and Gas Projects.
• Proficient in operation of Primavera (Latest version) and Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
• Must be able to communicate well with a variety of personalities in English language.
• Must be able to quickly find resolutions to problems related to Planning, Monitoring and control function and process.
• The ability to manage multiple construction sites.
• Must be able to meet sometimes tight deadlines.
