Job Responsibilities 崗位職責:
? Develop functional assays in multiple formats including cell-based assays, ELISA and SPR binding
assays based on the knowledge of mechanisms of drug action.
? Provide the functional assay support for process development and project study, coordinate and
perform assays within timeline and quality requirement
? Analyze and summarize data independently. Prepare reports and documentations to support
application for INDs and NDAs.
Job Requirements 崗位要求:
? M.S. degree in immunology, cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry or related field with 0-5
years working experience in function assay development for antibody drug and small molecular drug.
? Hands-on cell culture, flow cytometry, ELISA, SPR protein binding assay experience is strongly
preferred.
? Excellent interpersonal skills as well as good analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
? Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills and capability to multi-task is essential.
? Effective written and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
