崗位職責(zé):
1. Develop samples with good communication and cooperation with designers and technicians, following the deadlines
2. Be aware of fashion trends in the market, and a clear understanding of ONLY’s target customers
3. Responsible for cost control and negotiation with suppliers while ensuring product quality and good professional relationship
4. Develop strong understanding of production lead-time, and work towards being in control of supplier's production planning
5. Fully prepared for production follow-ups and raising any problems in a timely manner, with a understanding of suppliers’ capabilities and limitations to ensure that development and production are optimal for their production level
6. Ensure the production quality and packing can pass warehouse QC for your own orders and team members’
7. Review production and understand the current work level through regular visits to supplier factories. Put action plans in place for each supplier, with deadlines to track their improvements
8. Pay close attention to sales growth and sales achievement, analyze sales report, and react accordingly in a timely manner
任職要求:
1. Bachelor's degree and above, preferably in international trade, textile, or fashion related majors
2. More than 5 years of work experience in fashion merchandising industry
3. Good English and computer skills
4. Good communication skills, capable of working with designers and negotiating with suppliers
5. Independent professional with good fashion sense
6. Team player who has a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
