Tax Analyst As a Tax Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting our tax compliance and reporting processes. You will assist in ensuring that our tax obligations are met accurately and timely, while also contributing to the optimization of our tax position. You will report directly to our Tax Manager and you’ll work out of our Shanghai location In this role, you will impact the organization by providing essential tax analysis and support, helping to navigate complex tax regulations and ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ? Accurately and timely complete monthly/annual all local tax filings and declaration, e.g. VAT, business tax, corporate tax, etc. ? Prepare all tax declaration reports including export tax refund, VAT, local tax, Key tax source report ? Verify VAT invoices and check VAT input with ERP record for monthly close end of month; Input import VAT in tax system correctly ? Submit the all tax payments in E-Payment system. ? Responsible for annual corporate tax final settlement based ? Record the service charge for intercompany by service contract in tax bureau, pay withholding tax, etc., to ensure payment remittance timely. ? Perform tax accounting, tax reconciliation on monthly basis, e.g. monthly tax account reconciliation, tax account journal, year-end corporate tax reconciliation for tax computation ? Degree in BA and major in Financial Accounting ? Tax qualification certificate is preferred ? 4 years of tax filing experience in multinational companies ? Good knowledge on local tax regulation, e.g. China VAT, Business Tax, Withholding Tax and Corporate income Tax ? Communicates clearly and succinctly using written and verbal skills to influence, negotiate and collaborate effectively ? Quickly adapts to changing circumstances and business needs ?
