Job Purpose:
This position sits under Go-To-Market(GTM) team, which is the sub-function under Nike GC Marketplace function, team mission is to plan, drive and enable marketplace unit (wholesale and Nike Direct) seasonal GTM process execution. This is a role to drive marketplace unit process excellence by managing GTM process and capability documentation quality, supporting GTM leader on reporting up by writing storytelling slides, supporting sample team leader on sample related data collecting, cleansing, reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
61 Involve and understand seasonal Marketplace unit GTM process, participate in key process gate meeting to well know Nike GC’s seasonal brand and product priorities.
61 Support GTM process and capability leader on managing team documentation quality, create and maintain unified template for seasonal GTM process usage.
61 Support GTM process and capability leader on regular team portfolio(on going projects) management via standardized status update approach.
61 Support GTM process and capability leader on any required reporting on Keynotes/Powerpoint preparation.
61 Support GTM sample team leader on all sample related data collecting, cleansing and archiving.
61 Support GTM sample team leader on seasonal sample data analysis and sample status report Keynotes/Powerpoint making.
61 Work with digital capability team to make sample reporting work more efficient and automatic via digital solution.
61 Co-support partner sell-in meeting via different assigned projects and tasks.
Key Qualifications:
61 Bachelor’s degree or above, logical and structure thinking
61 5 years above working experience, consulting or planning experience is a plus
61 Strong communication skills with effective understanding and expressions
61 Fluent in both oral and written English and Mandarin
61 Master office apps, especially on Excel and Powerpoint (or Keynotes)
